We have a number of properties around the green unspoilt traditional Greek village of Kypseli in the Belousi area. Kypseli offers a magical environment as well as lots of fresh 'barbouni' and local wine.

Kypseli Farmhouse

Kypseli Farmhouse is set amongst olive groves approximately 350 metres from the beach and a similar distance from the main road. There are 3 villa apartments, each comprising three large bedrooms, one double and two twin. Each bedroom has a small dressing table, bedside unit and large fitted wardrobes. All apartments have a full bathroom with shower and two have an additional shower room and w.c. Each has a large fridge with freezer compartment and a fully equipped kitchen. The through dining room has a table with six chairs, a further table and chairs in the sitting room, which contains either a couch or two easy chairs convertible to extra beds if required. Upstairs have balconies on three sides and there is a terrace on the ground floor. The beach is a short walk through the fields and is a mixed beach with wonderful rock pools where small fish, hermit crabs and baby octopus hide. The area is ideal for snorkelling and the water is shallow and safe for small children.

Kypseli Cottage

Kypseli Cottage is situated approximately one mile from the seashore in the old village of Kypseli. It has two double and one single bedroom, living room, kitchen / dining room, shower room and extra toilet. There is a large veranda shaded by vines, giving glorious views down the hill to the sea. The village has a small shop and a butcher, and there is a supermarket approximately one kilometre down the lane at the crossroads.

Villas Simina
2 villas, sleep 4 - 5 each
The Villas Simina are ideally situated half way between the supermarket and the bakery and the sea. The villas are set on 16 acres of lemon groves and are surrounded by flower beds containing geraniums, dahlias, bougainvillaea and hibiscus, to name but a few. Each villa is self contained and comprises one double bedroom and one twin, a full bathroom with shower, a large living room with a small but well equipped kitchen area, including a large fridge with a freezer compartment. In the living room is a settee which converts into a bed, providing accommodation for a fifth person when required. There are two tables and chairs, one for inside and a plastic set for outdoors. The balcony upstairs provides a spacious dining area with views over the lemon groves to the sea beyond. Downstairs the veranda looks out onto a bank of flowers and shrubs.

Villa Evgenia

Villa Evgenia is situated a few metres back from the beach, on the track leading from Kypseli Farmhouse to the sea. The villa has three bedrooms - one double, one twin and a single - and sleeps five people comfortably. There is a well equipped kitchen area in the living room and the large veranda creates a delightful outdoor dining room, with views across to Kefalonia. To the front and side of the villa are paved areas decorated with geraniums, shrubs and bougainvillaea, where children can play safely. At night you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea gently lapping on the sand a few yards away.

Belousi Beach Studios
14 studios, each sleep 2 - 3
The Belousi Beach Studios are situated beside the beach and comprise 14 large studios, seven on the first floor and seven on the ground floor. Each studio has an entrance lobby, with a small kitchenette with fridge and two ring stove on the one side, and a fully tiled shower room on the other side. The large studio room has twin beds, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and easy chair which converts to an extra bed if required. Upstairs there is a small balcony with table, chairs and umbrella and downstairs a small veranda with the same. Belousi Beach Studios also provide a bar and restaurant alongside the studios and adjoining the beach. The restaurant provides breakfast and all requirements right through to the last snack of the day. They have a varied menu and many dishes suitable for children. Due to the position, you have the added attraction of being able to watch the children on the beach whilst enjoying a cool drink in the shade! Adjacent to the restaurant is an area of grass with sunloungers and umbrellas. At the entrance to the studios, there is a small shop which covers most basic needs and the supermarket is only a short walk along the main road.

Stephania Apartments

The Stephania Apartments comprise three 2 room apartments and seven studios, adjacent to Andreas' Fish Taverna and a few metres back from the sea. All rooms look out onto the patio and lawn to the sea beyond. The two room apartments have one double bedroom and one twin, a kitchenette and tiled shower room. The studios have twin bedded room, kitchenette and tiled shower room.
