A small resort just along the coast from Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago, Playa de la Arena has one of the finest black volcanic sandy beaches and is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The area has many small coves, steep hills, dramatic valleys and stunning views if you want to explore.
Our luxury furnished Terber apartments are situated in a quiet location within five minutes walk to the Playa de la Arena promenade and beach. In this main area you will also find the local shops, bars, restaurants, chemist and medical services. A regular bus service to all parts of the island is also within five minutes walk. Taxis are also available.

The apartments are within a large tropical garden, with uninterrupted views out to sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Immediately in front of the apartments is a sea water swimming pool, which is solar-heated during the winter months.

Each apartment terrace is furnished with patio chairs and table, together with high quality sun loungers, and there is a sunblind above each terrace. Sun umbrellas are also available.

Two ground floor apartments
The 2 ground floor apartments, with a maximum occupancy of two guests per apartment, are linked by double locked doors and can form a two bedroom apartment if required.
Each lounge is adequately furnished offering Sky TV and video. For guest who prefer self catering, the kitchens are equipped with hot plates, a microwave oven with a grill, and a refrigerator.
Each bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed with bedside tables, a dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two chairs. For additional security a safe is available in each apartment at a moderate charge.
Adjoining each bedroom is a superb bathroom and separate toilet. Apartment 1 has bath and hand wash basin. Apartment 2 has large shower cubicle and hand wash basin. In each bathroom, four hand towels and two bath towels are made available, together with two beach towels.
